Vidhya joined Encompass Health in June 2010 and has served in various therapy leadership positions and as the director of therapy operations at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia. In addition to completing the self-paced CEO program within Encompass Health, she has successfully led multiple high-impact projects and served on the inclusion and diversity council. Vidhya’s clinical background includes a doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University and more than 18 years of experience serving in clinical and operational roles in varied healthcare settings. She takes pride in leading an exceptional team of staff who strive for excellence while focusing on restoring patients’ independence and promoting safety through evidence-informed practices.
