Saloni Agarwal started her career as a physical therapist (PT) in Gujarat, India in 2008 where she treated neurological, cardiac and orthopedic conditions in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. She also provided freelance home health therapy. In September 2015, she joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala in Florida. In addition to being a senior PT there, she also oversees The Joint Commission certified hip fracture rehabilitation program and monitors outcomes and staff competency. Given her passion for excellence and growth, she has been involved in several program development, and quality improvement processes and committees (employee engagement, fall prevention and patient/employee injury prevention). Her specialties include hip fracture, Parkinson’s and vestibular disorders. She regularly conducts educational in-services onsite and offsite on hip fracture and safe mobility techniques.
Education: Masters in healthcare administration from National University in San Diego

Personal Note: Saloni lives in Ocala, Florida with her daughter and husband. She not only loves playing with her daughter, but also enjoys cooking, reading, hand lettering and spending a day at the beach with her family.
