Frank Brown

Frank Brown is president of the Southwest region. In this role, Brown oversees operations for more than 25 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Brown brings 30 years of healthcare experience and has both a clinical and administrative healthcare background. A graduate of the University of the Tennessee College of Pharmacy, Brown is licensed as a Doctor of Pharmacy in Tennessee and a registered pharmacist in Texas. During his career he has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings including healthcare services, outpatient, home care and acute care. Prior to joining Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth, Brown served for 11 years as a senior executive with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, TX, where he held several positions including chief executive officer of the Post Acute Care Cos., chief service line officer and chief integration officer.
