Ashley Dupell is the therapy manager at Encompass Health in Sarasota, Florida. She achieved her bachelor’s and master’s in occupational therapy at Worcester State University.
Her passion resides in caring for patients with a spinal cord injury, supporting her team and ensuring positive patient experience.
She currently leads the interdepartmental patient experience committee at Encompass Health Sarasota to promote and provide positive patient experiences during the hospital stay.
Additionally, Ashley enjoys spending with her family and dog and enjoying the outdoors.
