Paul Matlack, MS, OT has been director of therapy operations at Encompass Health’s MidAmerica Rehabilitation Hospital for 20 years and has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Kansas State University and went on to receive a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Rockhurst University.
