BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS) today announced it has commenced a public offering of $300 million of senior notes due 2023. The Company intends to give notice of its intent to redeem all the outstanding $290 million of its 8.125% senior notes due 2020. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering along with cash on hand to fund the redemption.
