Danny Clark and Americo De La Guardia were old friends—the two had known each other for years, and their paths crossed often at work.
Earlier this year, the two experienced strokes within days of each other, and both chose to continue their recovery at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala.
During their time at the hospital, the two’s real-world friendship became a source of inspiration, motivation and encouragement as they worked together to overcome their obstacles and inspire others along the way.
